Fulton County Housing Authority specializes in providing equal and affordable housing options for all individuals. Proudly serving the Canton and Fulton County for over 50 years, we have the required experience to maintain the properties well and ensure that all residents are happy with their accommodations.

We offer low-income housing solutions to families, seniors, and disabled individuals. The eligibility to rent a house depends on your income and the results of the criminal background check. Whether you’re looking for a house for yourself or your family, you’ll find all kinds of apartments at our place. We have a short waiting list and a quick turnaround time.

We’re a member of the Illinois Association of Housing Authorities, the Canton Area Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Housing Redevelopment Officials.

Our property has always met the standards of HUD, and we follow all HUD rules and guidelines diligently. Our annual HUD evaluations have received high maintenance rankings and performance management for over 20 years.

We serve lunches for the elderly from Monday to Friday at Maple Manor. This service is provided through an outside agency and is available to anyone, whether they are residents or not.

The Fulton County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at the Central Office, located at 250 South Main Street, Canton, IL.
